| I have been writing poetry and prose since junior high school, when one
of my creative writing teachers told me tha if I kept going, I could be
the next Stephen King. :) Alas, I rarely write prose, and when I do it's
very short. Unfortunately, I rarely seem to write poetry anymore, either.
In fact, I think the last poem I wrote was at the beginning of 2007.
I also used to journal quite a bit. I had filled up many, many paper journals until it was too hard to write at work. I then began blogging, but you can't put in all of your complaints and personal stuff on a public blog. Or, well, I can't at least. I have tried to start writing again, not typing, and just can't seem to do it. My hand isn't used to writing, and I just can't always seem to find the time. Frustrating since I've missed journaling about so much in my life. It also seemed to help having a place to write down my anger and frustration, and then go back and reread it. Sometimes things made more sense. I have also been lucky enough to know other wonderful and talented writers. You can also find some of these poems here.
