I am just a person
I wonder who I'll be
I hear sound echo through the night
I see the world in trouble
I want to heal, but can't

I pretend to be sometimes perfect
I feel others hovering
I touch the wind, embracing
I worry one day no more will be
I cry for life and death

I understand darkness
